We had a great experience with Hartman! Chris was spot on with communication, and our 3 trees were removed by a skilled team of professionals. They were fast, very helpful and conscientious with cleanup. We will definitely be calling on Hartman again for future landscaping projects.

Called on Tuesday & met Wednesday. Was told a quote would be in my email Thursday. No email Thursday or Friday, no response to call nor voicmail even still. Then a reply on Google? I mean come on.

I had to call a few times. Took them a week to call back. Needed some bushes trimmed, edging done, and a few misc projects. Maybe rebuild some landscaping. They scheduled a time to come out and chat. They did not show or call to reschedule.In response to your response. You shouldn't have scheduled an appointment if you were that busy. My wife sat outside for an hour waiting for you to show up.

Hartman Services rented my atrium lift for the removal of a very large tree, which was located in a backyard that had a privacy fence and could only be accessed through one gate. Hartman worked strategically to remove the tree that reached over three neighboring yards with no damage to any of the neighbors' yards or fences.
