They can be a little hard to break the ice with when you first meet them, but they are not a car lot snake looking to take advantage of you. Rather nice and to the point, doesnt try to throw in stuff to add fluff to your bill.Services: Electrical

Took my Ford to fix my AC and the guy has zero decency to talk to customer. Both times wouldn’t fix the AC, just charged me money. It was all waste of money. Never recommend to go there.

I wasn't sure what was wrong with my car. They found the problem, got it fixed the same day at a fair price. I'm extremely pleased and will be using them in the future.

I went there the other day because my van broke down at Casey's and they were literally right next door so to avoid a tow charge I pushed it into their parking lot and I handed off the key and he said he would get to it the next day, and he did. He said it was the battery and I'm pretty sure he said the alternator checked out fine. So if the story ended there, he would have gotten a better rating. I paid and even complimented the guy. Next day my van started acting up again, and so I went and took it back in and just let him know, and I wasn't looking for a deal. He said my battery was bad and I got a new one but it might need something else now. I said the battery light was on again. Well he starts nearly yelling at me and said it was the alternator and I never told him to check the alternator. I replied that I didn't know what was wrong with my vehicle that's why I brought it in. He then mocked me and said I came in and said my car "wouldn't start," and was very disrespectful. He then wanted the key and made it sound like it was the biggest inconvenience ever. I politely said I would take my business elsewhere and walked out. Here it is I am not a mechanic, that's why I brought it in. I didn't know what was wrong. If I did I would have probably take care of it myself. But mocking and near yelling at customers is not ok. My opinion is do not go here, and only go here if you know as much about cars as the guy behind the counter. Otherwise prepare to be disrespected.
