I love going to paws up. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They know what my pup may like more vs other products. Plus they know what their products contain. Unlike some of the bigger pet stores. So glad they are in Waukon!!

This pet store is really great! They have a large variety of treats, food, and toys for cats and dogs. Ashley is very knowledgeable and caring! She was very sweet to my puppy Broly! We are from Texas and anytime we are in town we will be stopping by!

I was running out of time to finish my holiday shopping, so I randomly emailed Paws Up to see if they could help me. I sent them a little bit of info on each of my dogs (I have five) and my price point and asked if they could help me shop. They went above and beyond. I thought they would just throw a few things in the bag. Nope! They had labeled little goodie bags for each pup, filled with all kinds of fun things! My dogs were SO EXCITED! Best part- I just had to stop in and pay. It took me five minutes tops and I KNOW my pets are getting quality treats and toys. I would absolutely recommend this cute little shop, and so would all my dogs!

I visited paws up yesterday for the first time I was in town visiting family and they all were talking. About how great this store is. So I thought let’s go support it I have a dog I like to spoil lolAmazing does not even begin to describe this place.The woman working ( I assume the owner) was so kind and so helpful.I bought a couple premade gifts for the holidays and a few bones the woman gave me tips and suggestions on some of the products I purchased.I was more than impressed by the quality of the products and the customer service.
