I'm not sure what happened to the store as we use to love it and got amazing service. The last few delivery orders have been 45 minutes to an hour late. Cold food. I had a delivery person drop food in my yard after being late due to being lost (I live on a main street in town) and had to wait another half hr for the Mac and cheese to be redelivered. And now, an order arrives 20 mins before the time I selected. Luckily a child was home to grab the order otherwise they would have been knocking for nothing. I'm not sure what the point of selecting a delivery time If they'll just deliver whenever they want. The food is not as good as it use to be either. Darn shame as we use to love and order from here often.

This has to be one of the worst Caseys around never have anything in the warmers for food, everyone is to busy gabbing about anything and everything , they still weren’t even working on more pizzas or have any in the oven atleast when you go to other places like Kwik Star you feel welcome and have good customer service and have some options for food

Ordered a Taco pizza with marinara instead of beans sauce last week… alright cool no big deal. This casey’s then decided that they were gonna make my taco pizza but only give me enough chips and lettuce that would only cover about 1/4 of my pizza put all together how it is supposed to be. and they forgot my tomatoes on my Taco pizza. so they turned my simple order into a poorly made pizza with a few chips and strings of lettuce. NOT ordering another pizza from this location especially when they have 3 kids in the back with a messy kitchen and 1 is sitting there spraying dirty pans and one is obviously on his phone while “washing his hands”. Pathetic

So for a " family business " they have no respect for customers. Steve Rhodes is a worthless district manager. He does not call customers back and does not want to hear problems.

Yes they are good price for certain things I need but yet when I often go in there around 4,5,6 o'clock they either have hour old food in there or absolutely no food what so ever!! No a single pizza slice, no popcorn chicken etc!! Just pathetic when you wantbto go in there for a quick bite!!

I'm sorry, but their pizza is SO bad. Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese sticks for a birthday party. Ordered about an hour and a half ahead of time. Picked them up right at the time I had specified, and when we got them home it was obvious they had been made at the time of ordering, and then sat in a warmer for over an hour. Would have been better off getting food from the hotspot at the gas station down the street.

EVERY pizza we’ve ever ordered has been wrong in some way. We ordered a supreme pizza with extra cheese and got an extra cheese pizza TWICE in the same night they messed up the same pizza TWICE then they just threw cold uncooked veggies on the same pizza that had been already brought down two separate times that night. Needless to say that pizza went in the trash were it belonged. Then tonight they have us a taco taco with NO toppings. No cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, or chips! When I brought that back in they just threw the topping on and gave it back and so many toppings the box wouldn’t even close. We had to reheat the pizza when we got home which made it soggy and these leftovers are also going in the trash. There were three people THREE in that kitchen and no one noticed a TACO pizza had no toppings?! Such a JOKE!! I’d rather buy a frozen pizza from Kwik star than order another pizza with Casey’s.
