Absolutely terrible customer service. You can never get ahold of anyone. I went in to close my accounts on Saturday and was told they would close at midnight that night. I withdrew all my money, but now it’s Tuesday my accounts are still open and I am being notified of getting a fee for insufficient funds yet I signed all the paper work to close my accounts on Saturday. Tried calling over and over again and no answer. I always thought highly of Wells Fargo till this. Absolutely terrible. Do not bank with them. I have heard nothing, but bad things and until now I had nothing but good to say. Very disappointed. this is the location I came to close my accounts and have been trying to get ahold of. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for 40 years. I have many accounts there and set my daughter up with a teen account. She brought in some change to your location and the teller who helped her was INCREDIBLY RUDE and had zero customer service skills. She told her they had no money counter and she refused to count the change and told her to count it herself and bring it back in rolls. First of all, what teenager, let alone an adult, goes and buys a ROLL for change counting? Secondly, this is your JOB! You very easily could have helped her count some of the quarters and dimes. She works very hard for her money and she was just trying to turn in all the change she received in tips over the last year or so. You should be ashamed of yourself. I am a customer of Raccoon Valley Bank as well, and I wanted to let you know they had NO PROBLEM counting her change for her. I think I will be moving my accounts and all my money right along with it all because of a very, unfriendly employee!

I've done business with Wells Fargo for 30 years and was surprised when I was charged $150 for a $25,000 business line of credit I've had for about 5 years. I checked their website and found out it should only be $95 rather than $150. I contacted their corporate office and spoke with a banker who informed me the rates changed and that I would need to come into one of their branch offices and sign a transfer form to get the lower rate. He scheduled the appointment with Chris at the Waukee branch for the next day. After taking the time to drive to the bank, Chris informed me that what I was told earlier about the transfer form was not correct. Apparently, if I wanted the lower annual fee I needed to reapply. I consider this deceptive advertising by a bank that is already under the radar for fraudulant activity. Pretty sad for a long time customer who has only used the business line a few times and never carried a balance for more than a few months. Considering taking my business elsewhere if that's how Wells Fargo treats their customers. I also think it's illegal to advertise a service for $95 and then charge the customer $150. If it's a different program, add a disclosure to your website so it's clear to consumers.

I can go across the street and get a $2.00 hamburger until midnight. However due to the covid, for some reason these people are scared to stay in their fish bowl until normal closing time. Hours of operation 930am to 400pm? You do realize people have to work to put money into your bank? "We are closing because we care" B.S if you really cared you would pull up your britches and commence with business, not make it more impossible. I will be banking elsewhere starting tomorrow.
