“I just had the unfortunate experience of having my daughter break-down half way through her drive back home from college. After taking her car to several auto repair shops we realized there was not going to be an easy fix so we contacted U-Haul to find a truck that could tow a car carrier so that she could drive the remaining 900+ miles home and deal with it here. This location was the closest that had the truck and trailer we needed. I called ahead to make sure everything was still available and explained the situation to the general manager, Trinity. After he heard about our problems he gave me his personal number to reach out to him if there was anything else I needed before my daughter arrived. When she got there the staff was amazing. Very quick check out and they took the trailer off her car and loaded her vehicle onto the car carrier. Not only that, the staff working (Trinity, Matt and Peter) helped her transfer her belongings from her previous trailer into the truck. As soon as she left she called me to tell me how these men made her horrible day a little bit better through their kindness and hard work. I can't thank the staff enough for all their help and would recommend this location to anyone!!”

“This location has some of the best staff and works so hard to make everyone happy. While they are under construction, they still manage to keep the place clean and work around everyone’s needs. Renting a truck is very simple and same with storage units. It’s climate controlled with elevator access to all 4 floors. You have a bay area where you can drive in instead of dealing with heat or cold, and it’s all very secure with card/PIN code access. They also have some spectacular move in deals as well. I know some google reviews aren’t the best but honestly my experience has been that the staff IS trying and working hard to please everyone. Keep up the awesome work and can’t wait to see how everything will look after construction is complete!!”
