I've used several different storage units over the years. They all have their ups and downs. Good and bad. But honestly, Country Club Mini Storage has been the best storage unit company I've ever worked with. They were honest and upfront about pricing and insurance. They didn't increase their prices like majority of storage places. Also, really glad to have them locally owned company in Waukee. Nice! Friendly :) I'm very happy with them. Very happy.

They lied to me about an available unit. I have been looking around and turned down other places. However, when i called to see when i should sign for the "available" unit, they said, "nope, none available...but we have these upgraded units". Of course they are more expensive. I am moving in 2 days and now i dont have a unit for all my stuff. Im sure your place is wonderful, but when you lie to your potential customers, they will not support your small business. I hope you learn from your mistakes
