Very pleased at every level.This was a rather complex move as I was navigating it from long distance and not totally familiar with the area.I felt confident from the get-go. Brittany was my primary contact and she was excellent to work with: friendly, personable (actually cared), readily available, competent, patient.The process with Smooth Moves was albeit seamless.

Mostly a good experience! They were very friendly and introduced themselves. They were on time and mostly professional. One of the three that I had became very lazy and stopped putting boxes where they went (even though he had been prior). He started leaving them in a common area or on my dining table. I had a lot of scuffs to my walls and floor. So that was disappointing. An entire bathroom with boxes was “forgotten.” All of our things would not have fit in the truck in one trip if we had not moved a bunch of our boxes and other miscellaneous items the day prior. I’m not sure if they would have made another trip but they didn’t mention or offer. Nothing was put on the floors or walls for protection. My couches did not get wrapped. I want to say that I liked the people fine but professionally I felt a little lacking. I wouldn’t completely not recommend maybe just be very specific about what you want / expect beforehand. The did help us move an item that was already here down to the basement. So I appreciate that. But I definitely do not feel like anyone really went out of their way to make it the best experience it could have been. Many of my items did get scuffed. But I don’t want to end it on a bad note, so I want to say that I did appreciate their help.

I just moved today and everything went so well!! Faster and under what we thought! From the moment I worked with Abby on the phone I have been very pleased. She is informative, friendly and responds quickly.My movers Dylan and Travis worked hard and fast and were very careful with my things! They figured out the perfect placement of my items in storage and with room available!! Way to go!! They were also very good at communicating with me!Thanks again for taking great care of me Abby, Dylan and Travis!

Got a dresser and a metal bunk bed(that was already into section pieces) moved about 16 minutes away from the pick up location. With drive time included, these guys got it all done just minutes shy of an hour! Base price for two hours. My sister and I moved absolutely everything that we could before I searched around for a moving business. I knew I would need one for this heavy dresser— great experience for my first time using any moving business. Super professional, super quick, highly recommend! Thank you all!

David and Skylar and Abbey from the home office all exceeded my expectations. They called me 3 hours early to let me know they would be available if we could move up the time and I was happy to do it. They were positive, responsive and efficient. Very impressed. I will use them again.

From our free estimate to our actual move Smooth Moves was nothing but professional. Mitch came for the estimate and answered all of our questions and gave us very clear expectations. He was very informative on what could and could not go on trucks, as well as, what needed to be done in preparation 24 hours in advance of the move.On the day of the move the expected number of movers and trucks showed up on time. We did our walk through of our home, a game plan was formed and the rest was history. They were extremely efficient and extremely careful with our property. Upon arrival at our new home we walked through and explained where everything needed to be placed. They got everything in the house and asked us several times if we wanted things rearranged.We had a four person moving team. Every single one of them was very friendly and professional. Our scheduled 9 hour move took 7 hours and 15 minutes!. If we were to move again, I would hire them in a heartbeat.

The guys were great. This is the third time I’ve personally used smooth moves and the second time that Skyler and Ricky helped us out. They are the best! Hard workers, nice guys, care about their work and do it very efficiently and politely. Thank you!

Smooth Moves has moved my Dad twice. They answer the phone on the first try, send a confirmation email immediately, show up on time, professionally dressed and pleasant. They go the extra mile and are quick and efficient. I would highly recommend them and will use them every time!!

Expertly packed a 26' uHaul truck that I had rented for a move. I would never have gotten everything into the truck. But they did! Skyler was very professional and the whole crew worked fast and efficiently.
