Do not shop here, they deal in bad faith, bought a used car through them, and they tacked on extra garbage we said we did not want, costing us an extra 5 grand that we could not afford

I dropped my car off to get checked out and you emailed me a description of services recommended and just the option to pay or not. I got no phone calls at all to explain the services or what happened with my car. When I did call I got basic one word answers like they were bored and didn’t want to explain anything, which they didn’t explain. And the fee is crazy $200 just for you to look under the hood and see an oil leak. This is not my first bad experience at the service department. Every time I had to take my car in (which was WAY too much for being a new car bought in 2018) it was like this. Very lack luster, no explanations, and couldn’t be bothered to talk to me. Just expected me to pay and move on. I am so happy I never have to deal with this or any Chevy dealership again.

He followed up with me and was helpful in answering my questions as they arose. He has a great attention to detail that made my experience flawless.! As always, everyone at Shottenkirk Chevrolet's service department is great! Got my regularly scheduled service done (oil change, cabin air and engine air filter replacement), plus paint treatment and all covered by my Vehicle Protection Plan. They shuttled me to my office and back. Everyone very courteous and professional!

I had a wonderful experience working with David to find the perfect vehicle for me. I never felt pressured and felt like I was being genuinely cared for. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and welcoming but David is the reason I will be returning to Shottenkirk for anything in the future.
