“Had a nail in a tire, and this shop was awesome. Great experience from start to finish for this somewhat standard repair. Tried dropping in after a call, and was told I best they could do was for me to drop it off. That didn't work so I headed home. By the time I got there they were calling me back to say "hey, we didn't know that was you, we were holding a slot!" That's what I get for being in a hurry to leave. So they made me an appointment for later in the day. I showed up ten minutes early. They had the vehicle on the lift about five minutes early and knocked it out quickly. Good price, good repair. Clean shop, clean and comfortable waiting area, friendly staff. They will be seeing me again, though hopefully only for service and not repair. This is for the Waukee location.”

She deserves 10 stars for going above and beyond. The technician was friendly and courteous too. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing oil change and tire rotation.”
