I have been a client at this agency for nearly 20 years. Recently, this office changed its hours to 4 days per week for 4 hours per day. That translates into a lack of response when attempting to contact them. We have 6 polices with this office and after receiving NO RESPONSE to our request to add another vehicle (i.e. generating additional commissions for this agent) we moved on. We are not going to fund this guy's golf game or whatever it is he does every afternoon when he should be providing service to his clients.

Was initially disappointed in the lack of availability/working hours during the week. 9am-12pm on mondays thru thursdays just doesn’t mesh with other working professionals. Was told this was due to his staff quitting. Went ahead and switched our agent to another agent and was informed she found numerous errors that resulted in us over paying 1000/yearly our home premium ! She updated the mistake and we are expecting a large refund from State Farm. I now have MUCH better coverage after she took the time to look at our options and will still be paying significantly less per year!!

I could go on and on about bad experience but unprofessional is probably the most descriptive word in this case. I chose this agent online and it has been few months since then, have never called me and introduced himself until this morning when he said to me that I have 30 sec to tell him what I need to say to him. Mind you, I have no clue who this guy is, he is supposed to be my agent but I have never talked to him this whole time. He never asked me if I had any concerns and why would I feel that way and how can we change that. His staff would be talking over me , not listening what I needed to say , making me call claims when that should be their job ( there is 3 or 4 of them in that office ) and if it’s not then I don’t what they do. Since day one were extremely disrespectful but demanding respect in return. When I asked them to email something as a proof of our conversation regarding my claim I received an attitude which raised red flags. I called the customer services and reported, explained the whole situation from day one and what has transpired and the way I was being talked to and I have to say they listened and took it very seriously. So State Farm is not bad insurance as far as I can tell as much as I had really bad experience with this office.

Mike and his team have been so great to work with. I spoke with Jenn about transitioning a plan from another state. She provided me with all the information I needed, educated me on all discount programs I qualified for, and made the process of setting up the policy a breeze. I would highly recommend working with this office!

Didn’t end up going with State Farm but mike took the time to run the numbers. Was courtesy and prompt. No bs and would recommend using him if the numbers work out for you. Unfortunately for me they didn’t but Mike still took the time to treat me as if I were one of his customers.

Mike helped me deal with a very strange uninsured motorist situation. He made himself available at all times to answer my questions and helped me stay confident that it would all work out. Him and his employees were very helpful and knowledgeable.Mike is also a veteran, and overall great guy. The people in his office are all very friendly. I definitely recommend using Mike for your insurance needs.
