I like Hy-Vee. Their employees are always willing to help me locate a wayward item.
Sometimes, I have my groceries carried to my car, and for this, I always tip a few dollars, nothing life changing. I was surprised to learn that tipping is quite rare. Bigfoot sightings seem more numerous.
You know a few dollars can really help those kids out!!

Upper price segment but excellently sorted in the product segments. Good to satisfactory price-performance ratio. Service: I didn't see anyone that I could have asked without looking for a long time, which can definitely be improved in this price segment.

I’ve had it HyVee at Waukee. The produce department must be managed by a very busy and overwhelmed person or by a very incompetent person! How can you sell damaged produce? My bag of lettuce today is brown and has mold. You NEED to trash this stuff. I’ve bought a bag of lemons before and the same thing happened. And before that a carton of milk and it was expired. A bag of crab meat today had an expiration date of last month.
What is wrong with you guys ? Where is your responsibility on this ?
Customers, watch what you buy closely at this store. This is absurd.
Can’t trust a store like Hy-Vee anymore?
I have spent more than $2,000 in the past six weeks and you have given back $.05 cents on your gas program? This is laughable. What a joke! Why don you make your rewards program more transparent to your customers?

Lines mixed for vaccines and pharmacy, was in a time crunch so I noticed the delay, otherwise Hy-Vee knocks it out of the park. Like the added security of the uniformed guard. Not a fan of self check out
