  The app wasn't working properly. I got there early but had been dropped from the system. Definitely try to get there earlier in the day, they're very busy because everyone wants to go there.

  Very positive as always. She cut my hair just as I asked and helped me with a new product to LIFT MY HAIR AT THE ROOTS. It is awesome fire my fine thin hair.
