Went to pick up my car because insurance totaled it and I bought it back. It was buried in snow, so I asked if someone could help me clear it as I have a heart problem and cannot do it myself. The manager, Steve, treated me as though I was a homeless bum and told me I would have to wait an hour or 2, maybe longer and just walked away.

Accidents are never expected & this was no exception. Graham Collision made the repair process extremely easy from the beginning to the end of the process. They worked me in for some preliminary work so I could drive my car until the rest of the parts came in which saved me having to get a rental car.

Simply put, don't go here if you are paying out of pocket. They charge higher rates than if you were to turn it into insurance. In addition, their estimate went up by 40% after I dropped off the car. The time it took to repair took days longer than they estimated, which caused a longer rental car rental. My repair was super simple. Disappointed to say the least. I had 3 other bids, and they were the lowest bid. After I dropped it off, it was then the highest bid. Classic bait and switch. I would avoid Graham if I were you and look elsewhere for an honest, trustworthy body shop, especially if you are paying out of your own pocket.
