They’ve delayed my project by saying supplies will be delivered on Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday. It changed everyday this week! Its now Friday and I’m still waiting for supplies. My client is irritated and rightfully so.

I called in on Monday, 06/05 to see if someone can help me match the boards we currently have for a deck extension. Nathan (Nate) answered my call. He advised I text him what we currently have and he would see if they could match it. I texted him and he quickly responded but I didn't think the match was correct and said I'd bring one of the boards to the store for a better match. I drove from Ankeny on Tuesday and met with Nate, he tried to see if they could get an exact match but unfortunately, that style is no longer available. While in the store, I found a different brand of boards I was ok with and planned to replace our current boards and the extension with. I asked Nate for a quote on the deck boards and three railings that I really liked. I did let him know we are planning to start building within the next 2 weeks and he told me, no problem as they had the boards in stock and railing would be coming overnight from Indianola. That being said, he was going to get an estimate to me the next day (Wednesday) by 10 am ( his words). Next day comes, nothing. I called on Wednesday and no answer so I left a voicemail. I called again on Thursday of that week and was told he was assisting another customer and to leave a voicemail. I left a voicemail and no call back again! I didn't bother calling Friday and decided to try one more time on Monday, 06/12 and the receptionist told me Nate is 20 minutes away from being in and that she would have him call me right away. Guess what? I never got a call back! I even suggested I talk to someone else to get the ball rolling as we need to have this purchased an delivered. Needless to say, waiting over a WEEK for a call back is ridiculous! I have waited long enough and we will not be doing business here.

Although they are not a " home improvement" store like Lowe's, they are the only place in Des Moines I could get the deck screws I needed to finish my deck. And they came thru, AGAIN! Even got a discount on the box cuz it was a return and damaged. Their staff are really helpful. They would be a great contractor supply center. Recommend!

I was greeted very well by Jared and he listened to my kitchen cabinet questions. He was very informative with his explanation of design options, color options, layout, and long term solutions. Jared answered all my questions and helped me decide what was the best option to move forward with my kitchen remodel.

Stopped in and they had the supplies I needed for my siding project. Went around to pick up the first item, and the guy offered to head out to the yard and get the rest of the order and bring it to me so I didn't have to drive out there. Great, quick service!

Been waiting for a piece of glass since November 22nd to replace a broken window. No proactive communication by either companies between me, home pros the contractor or gilcrest. Glass finally comes in the wrong grill cover which per Bob at home pros nobody's fault except windsor. The email from home pros indicates since glass came in sealed package they didn't know??? So we don't ck package for accuracy and the Mgr hasn't called back for 2 days

Delivery was fast no overnight parking in their yard but can park on the street outside their building. Flatbed drivers.

We paid for our trim on April 30th and we still have not received it. Poor communication and slow to respond. We listened to our contractors recommendation to use local and BIG MISTAKE. It has delayed our project to have our doors and trim installed because of their delay. Will not recommend them to anyoneEdit: a day after it was delivered we called to have the trim picked up and we were told it would be two weeks. Here we are a month and a half later, 5 phone calls later and several people telling me it would be a "hot ticket" and it is still not picked up.

Paid for the trim on April 30th and still have not had it delivered. Slow to respond and bad communication. I should have went with Home Depot or Lowe's instead. By them not delivering on time it is delaying my project
