Been going to D1 for about a month now to the Youth Football class. My 12 year old son enjoys it and looks forward to going. He likes being challenged and likes that he’s learning specific football techniques. And he’s even doing weightlifting! A nice way to burn energy through the winter and to improve on his game.

My 9 year old son has done 8 D1 training sessions so far and he is always so excited to go! The trainers are knowledgeable and keep it fun for the kids while teaching them the fundamentals! I would definitely recommend giving these sessions a try if you’re looking for a great workout for your young athletes.

Our 11-year-old attends a running class here. It has helped with his speed and form after only a few weeks. Definitely recommend!

D1 is exactly the push I needed to get back in shape. I never thought I’d be one of those people that got excited waking up everyday to go to the gym. D1 coaches are extremely welcoming and helpful no matter what fitness level you are at.

D1 has been a great addition to our routine. I've seen the confidence in ability in both my children improve substantially. I love how there is a major focus on form and building confidence in the kids. The class is well structured and while safety is a priority, the kids still have fun. The coaches we have worked with are all great. I would recommend D1 to anyone looking to introduce fitness or hone in on skills to improve athleticism, there's a place for every skill level here.

We have 2 kids training with D1. I have been very impressed with the program. The instructors are fantastic. They hold the kids accountable and have been pushing them to develop an athletic foundation that will enable them to excel in any sport they choose going forward. We wanted them to have a great core group of speed, strength and flexibility and this program is giving them exactly that. I would highly recommend.

D1 has some of the best training there is to offer! I can see consistent improvement in my speed, strength, and overall athleticism week by week! Coach John and Coach Kolton make it a great environment to work out in!

We are new to D1, and enrolled our 11th grader in the APEX Speed Class! His goal is to run XC/Track in college, and so with that we were looking for specific and specialized training to add to his season and post training. Within a few sessions, D1 had already made an incredible impact on him through knowledge and the tailored training that he grew more confident in, and results showed weekly when he would train with his XC team.The D1 team then supported him with introducing him nutrition coaching. He has met with Kolton weekly and our son’s mindset with nutrition did a complete overhaul. He weekly shops and meal preps all of his meals now, and is passionate about learning more.It is so incredible to watch his dedication, all because of the support we have found at D1. We are looking forward to starting with D1’s Therapy + Recovery during his upcoming HS season!

Dr. Dakota Vaughn has been great. He has helped my daughter with a shoulder injury and individual training sessions to increase her strength and athleticism. Highly recommend Dakota for training and injury needs!

I am a junior in high school, I run cross country and track. This is my first time at D1, I’m taking the Speed Class with coach Karter, and working weekly with Kolten in Nutrition. The vast amount of knowledge I have learned in the past few weeks, has changed my athletic ability’s. It’s been the difference between me playing sports, and being an athlete. I wish I would have started at D1 sooner and I’m looking forward to many more years.

Our son has been going to D1 for a few weeks now and he is really enjoying it. We like that he is being taught proper techniques and safety. He is always excited to go to the classes.

My son is participating in the strangth and conditioning program. Coach Russ is very knowlegeable and very dedicated to teaching proper techninque and fundamentals and making sure the boys also have fun while training.
