I purchased my 2013 Camaro SS brand new - 2nd Camaro purchased from from Shottenkirk. I have never taken my car anywhere else for service. No matter whether it was an oil change or repairs needed. On Saturday, July 29th, I went in early to get an oil change and to have my turning signals fixed because they were not working - both sides. I mentioned that to the service technician who checked me in. He said they would look at them. After the oil change, that technician told me my turning signals were working. I asked "how can that be"? So, I left. As soon as I turned on to the highway, they acted up. I did not have time to go back as I had an appointment. So, today, August 9th, my car is at CarX and they fixed my turning signals. Pretty sad that a dealership could not find anything wrong with my turning signals when there was a problem! Wasn't very happy!

Never meet a business so disrespectful and unprofessional. As a young female, I've never been treated like that from grown men. It doesn't matter who comes in, they should be treated equally.I also wanna add that I waited two and half hours after I was told it would take one and a half at most. I understand things take a long time, however I don't understand how professionals can't find the problem. Shotenkirk told me that my rim was bent and that it created a hole in my tire because of the pressure. 12 hours later, I woke up to my tire flat. Took it back in the next day, after finding out for ourselves it was the Val stem. The people where so unprofessional and continued too talk down to me, after I tried to explaining that to them. None the less, after it was done, I was told buy a worker, "I don't know where your keys are, but at least we have your bill." It's hard to trust a place that is suppose to fix your car, in order to keep you safe on the road. Luckily, I didn't get an in accident or hurt someone else because of my tire.

Do yourself a favor and don't buy from Shottenkirk Chevrolet, a dealership is only as good as its service department and theirs is a joke. After buying from them with a 30day bumper to bumper warranty and one year extended, I experienced my vehicle having a rough idle and lunging feeling. I took it in several time for repairs, at first they would not acknowledge the issue, after a couple times of bringing it in and them saying nothing was wrong they told me to "drive it tell it goes away or gets worse". Mind you this vehicle was not drivable at this point, something was majorly off with it. The next four times I took it in (nothing had changed sense last bringing it to them) they changed the transmission fluid, replaced the torque converter, replace the transmission and reprogram the transmission, every time saying it was fixed, it was not. So after many times of bring it to them and so much time wasted I took it to another shop where it was promptly fixed (fuel pump) out of pocket. I am now told by Shottenkirk it's my problem and they did nothing wrong. To sum it up, the service department is incompetent and negligent. They do not honor warranty , and they waste your time giving the run around. Also watch out they say they give a good pre sale inspection but my vehicle needed a battery and two of the four new tires was bad on it when I originally purchased both was fixed before sale was complete. Also if you make an appointment with them and need a loaner vehicle don't count on it many of the times I was told they would have one for me, tell I showed up and they said nope we don't have one for you anymore. When all this was done they are not willing to do anything to make it right.

Very pushy sales tactics to get you to purchase their vehicle protection program. When we told them we didn't want it, they still added it into our deal and we were not aware until after the fact. When we contacted them to cancel it & get a refund, we were told they are not able to do that and they never would have sold us the car unless we purchased it. Will never buy from them again and highly recommend you buy a vehicle elsewhere.

You cannot trust this dealership. They change their prices. My husband was almost to the dealership (2 hours away from our home) to write out a check for a truck when the salesman called and said the price had changed and the truck was now $3,000 more. This was my husband's second trip there. He had already negotiated a price. The salesman said my husband could negotiate the price again once he got there. Needless to say, my husband turned around and came home. The account manager has an aggressive attitude and the first negotiation was not pleasant. All in all a horrible experience. We will buy a truck from a trustworthy dealership. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this dealership.

This dealership adds a $1995 "protection package" to all sales. I found a Toyota Tundra they had just traded for and called a salesman "CJ" about it. It was in the body shop getting a ding repaired so it had not been on the sales floor yet. I tried to put a deposit on the vehicle and then was told about the $1995 price increase for things I had no interest in. Nothing had been done to the vehicle yet, nothing added, and they still would not sell the vehicle to me for the price listed on their website. CJ then told me his sales manager said the price listed is below what they traded to get the truck. Sure...because everyone who has traded vehicles at a dealership knows you get more for your trade than what they sell it for later....what a load of crap.

I was shopping for a vehicle and Kyle called me. I told him thank you and I would contact him if I saw anything online. he then called me the very next day asking me how things were going and if he could assist me with anything. This time I was more stern telling him that I would call him if I saw anything online and asked him not to call me anymore. He then called me three days later again asking me if he could help me in my search! I told him I found a vehicle and to never call me again! This was so frustrating and this has deterred me from ever wanting to purchase a vehicle from Shottenkirk ever again! I understand you are a sales man and this is how you make a living, but being too pushy and harassing me when I've asked you to not call me is over the top rude and distasteful. This could be the reason you're not making your quota. Not sure how else I can spell it out for him anymore than this!

I have bought 4 vehicles here in the last 4 months. I am beyond impressed with their customer service and their willingness to make sure you are taken care of. I have personally watched them take the extra steps needed to satisfy customers that were not 100% happy with their service. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle this is the place to go. As long as you have reasonable expectations you will not be let down. Tell them Bruce sent you!

GM told us they are not hurting for buisness and told us to walk out the door when trying to negotiate price on a used jeep. They tried selling it to us $1500 above listing price on their website thinking we wouldnt notice. It had SNOW tires on and they would not put all seasons on or come down on the price to compensate. The water pump was bad, which they did fix, however they would have sold it to us or anyone else if my husband didnt catch it. a week prior we had my current vehicle appraised there and they said trade in value was 16k, but when we came back to make the deal, they changed the trade as 14k and wouldnt change it back. We spent 5 hours there all for the sales manager and GM to tell us they did not need our business and they said we could walk out the door and they wouldn't be upset. They were not fair woth price and negotiations.

Very unprofessional sales department. Gave me a car on E for a test drive appointment knowing I was showing up ahead of time. Sales manager and GM were extremely unprofessional during negotiations. Refusing even to put floor mats in a car for free. I have never had a GM tell me to kick rocks (nice way of saying what was said). Would have happily sold a vehicle with a bad water pump. Weren't even appreciative of the fact that i caught the issue and saved them $5k in engine replacement costs. Refused to put proper tires on vehicle prior to sale wanted to sell a vehicle with winter tires and refused to negotiate. We spent HOURS 5 in total there and didnt even end up buying car they they have had on their lot for almost a year (10 months) at this point. As of this point they still have the vehicle and will probably sell it to someone for a jacked up price (they tried to with me) make sure you get things in writing before you sign!!!!! And that vehicle may or may not have catastrophic failure depending on how much care was put into getting metal shavings out of cooling system. Refused to even pay me back the $20 in gas money. Also suspect that they are jacking with their ratings on other sites..funny a 5 star review always shows up after a 1 star. Id trust the lower star reviews. Watch your paperwork and be prepared to fight or be told to kick rocks because they have so many customers and doors that they stress they dont need the business.

Would give them zero stars if I could. And don't let Colton assist you, because he won't assist anything. They just charged me $260 to do NOTHING with my car. Asked him to replace flex plate and diagnose the car wires. They did neither. Didn't replace flex plate because they "couldn't get a recurring issue" when I told them it happens once every 20ish starts. The wires WERENT EVEN LOOKED AT. And they DIAGNOSED AND CHARGED ME FOR DASH LIGHTS I DIDNT EVEN WANT DIAGNOSED. garbage service. Find somewhere else to spend your hard earned money.

This place charged me $1995 for "nitrogen" that was added onto the purchase agreement. I went back the next day to ask about it and was told that it was an extended coverage that they add to all the vehicles. So the price of the vehicle is not what they say, it is 1,995 more. I was there for 4 hours and would have signed anything at the time to get out of there. Very high pressure and hidden charges. They only want to sell you 1 vehicle. Not the rest of them. They got me once, won't happen again.. I had to take them to small claims court. I won. too bad it had to come to that.
