What can I say. My husband’s truck needed to be towed to to the dealership today. I desperately needed brakes as I was hearing a grinding noise. The manager ask me to drop off my car but having only one vehicle that wasn’t possible. He fit me in at 1:00 and was so pleasant. 2 hours later I was on the road to go back to work. I can’t say enough about the cleanliness, polite attitudes as the were short staffed, and them making sure I was safe. Thank you CarX!

My tire kept loosing air, so I had them check it out while we were visiting the Des Moines area. They fixed the tire, re-set my sensor ( which my car dealership failed to do the last time they rotated my tires) and had me out the door in less than 15 minutes. So friendly!

Made a same day appointment because of a tire with a hole in it. Not only did they fix it but they also looked at my other tires, noticed a couple of them also had damage, and fixed them free of charge. Timely and excellent service and everyone I interacted with was extremely kind. Made my day and you can tell that these guys actually care about providing high quality service!!!!

Great service with friendly and knowledgeable techs. They did NOT try and push unnecessary repairs. In the past, other shops have chipped my aftermarket rims but these guys took good care of them Would definitely recommend.

Felt like Family! Art Hill was so kind. My walk-in experience with a flat tire made me think of my own family that owns a tire store in Utah. He made a special effort to get my car in, when they had plenty going on. His son Dakota did the work super fast! He discovered a small leak on another tire valve, replaced it and checked the presser in all my tires. All in a short time while they had lots of cars in every bay. These guys are great people. Always be nice, and trust that they will do the best the possibly can.

Do NOT take your vehicle here. They charged me a significant amount and didn’t fix my car’s issue at all. The customer service is abysmal and when I brought it back they shrugged their shoulders and said nothing we can do. I have never had a worse experience with an auto shop in my entire life. AWFUL

Had a tire going flat. Car X said I could drop my vehicle off right away. They called less than an hr later saying it was ready/fixed. Had a screw in it, they plugged it, and NO Charge! Everything has gotten so expensive and I was worried about what it’d cost. So, I was pleasantly surprised and very appreciative. We’ve used them several times before, but they continue to earn our trust and business ?

These gentleman helped me out as I had to have my car towed from Neola for a flat and let me keep it there until I could pick it back up. I'm more than grateful and their customer service is amazing..would 100 percent recommend.
