I just want to share my experience with the folks at Bob Smiths' State Farm Insurance office.
These (3) ladies - Marti, Brittany, & Kat go more than the extra mile to accommodate the customers needs, their follow-up on Insurance issues are unmatched by any other company I have dealt with. The ladies are kind, considerate, very knowable on Insurance issues and do not give up until the situation gets resolved, no matter what or how long it takes.
All of them have wonderful pleasing personalities.
I wish all companies could have emloyees like Bob Smith has, it would make dealing with Insurance issues so much easier.

The State Farm office of Bob Smith is AMAZING to work with. We have college kids who need coverage on their apartments. Each apartment complex has their own unique requests for coverage. The employees at Bob Smith's office have helped us with making sure we have the correct coverage and documentation. It's comforting to have a local agent who cares about our family and our needs.

I have had insurance with Bob for a long as I can remember. He is quick to respond with any questions I have regarding my car, home and life insurance policies. Claims are processed quickly. Great team!

The local people in this office are nice & they try, but State Farm Claims is so horrible it doesn’t matter. They will not pay your claim, they won’t even call you back. The claims people do nothing but delay, deny & lie. They are a complete & total waste of oxygen.

Last year got big hail damage like many others. Our first claim in 20+ years State Farm team really proved themselves being quick and responsive and worked well with our contractor to fix all the damage good as new.

Everyone that I have worked with in Bob’s office has been great! From the insurance application process, through filing a claim, they have all been so helpful and are were great about answering all of my questions.
