Requested to get a quote through their website in June. Have Requested twice on website and called twice requesting and have yet to hear from anyone. Their loss as i'll be working with Trimlight to get our lights up!

I have had to call four times to get my lights done this year. This is a very pricey service and should be top-notch, professional, and timely. There are gaps in the lighting on my house fascia. The large evergreen out front was finally completed yesterday, but they did not run a cord to plug it in! They have not completed the garland on the house columns. I was told they are very short of help this year. Perhaps this is true, but others need to know you are not getting what you paid for if you sign on with this company.

Would not recommend! They were happy to take my money for Holiday lights back in October.....Now Dec 9 and they still haven't installed them. In fact I had to call to find out what the hold up was and they said they would get to it as soon as they could. Now nine days later still waiting. Other companies have my neighbors lights up.....looks like A+ Lawns from now on!

Dont'know why they sent me this as we do not use their Holiday Lighting Services. Although we have used their Lawn Service for Several years and it has gotten worse every year. I've called them about weeds the last 2yrs they assured me they would be out to spot spray. I told them Spot Spray it looks like they missed my whole yard. I even told them I asked my neighbors who did their yard work because it looked so much better than ours. Their Answer Nobody, we do it ourselves. Our yard looked like a vacant lot with all the weeds. Needless to say, they lost this LONG TIME CUSTOMER. ( we also paid in full in advance every year) I'd be real surprised if their in business much longer.

Aweful service especially if you have dogs! We used this company for only 2 years. The 1st year was great, they called when the showed up so we could make sure our dogs were inside. They were always on time and always very courteous. The 2nd year (2021) we added additional services and it has been nothing but problems. The techs never called to tell us they were on their way, they sprayed WHILE our dogs were outside, they left our gates opened when they were done and our dogs got out of the backyard. A couple of times they only did the back yard treatment but charged us for the entire front and back (we have a Ring and clearly could see they never did the front) There were times they would call to say we will be in the area and have you on the schedule tomorrow and then either not show up or show up 3 days later. The customer care center would “escalate”our complaints but we never had resolution. Terrible company and will never recommend. We are still on contract for 1 more year of lights and then we will be done with them for good.

Just wanted to go on and rave about All American Turf and Beaty - Christmas Decor. I called them the week of Thanksgiving to do last minute Christmas lights on our house. Within about 4 hours I had a computer simulated photo of what the lights would look like on my house and I went with Candy Cane option but they can do anything. Within less then 5 days I had all the lights up on the house and they even came back 2 days after install to make sure I was happy with the setup and that the timers are running correctly. Today is January 16th -4 degrees outside coldest day all winter and the team is outside to take down my lights to store them for me. Seriously this was the best decision I have ever made! Thanks for the great customer service!!!
