I had a hard to find part for a 2007 Dodge Caravan. I needed to replace the gas tank that a garage totally destroyed and then tried to repair it and did not tell me. Of course it caused engine trouble light to come on. I was very thankful to be able to find a used tank with all the hoses actually attached.

Part didn’t work can’t take it back because it’s electrical. Smug guy behind the counter told me to keep it as a backup.i don’t need a backup if it doesn’t work. He was also yelling at a customer when I was in yesterday. Not very polite. He was probably Screwing them over as well. He wasn’t very kind at all.

bought alternator got it put on. Car smoke came right from and alternator yall sold me bad alternator I was told that part had been tested before being sold to me

after placing an order on their website, I received a quote for the part with transport at $246, after contacting Jerod's employee, I received information that the whole thing would cost $425, i.e. $174 more, they cheat on shipping prices and add additional unnecessary fees, I do not recommend

I really like the customer service and the hospitality this company gives. I have ordered several parts from them and I got them fast and hassle free. I even ordered some parts that would not fit my daughters car called them and advised them they were wrong parts. They promptly looked into it and told me that is what the system says, but I can bring them back and they would refund me and they did just that. The refund did not take long either. I highly recommend them for your part needs they are very professional. 10 stars if I could do that.
