I really like Waterfalls and actually only just recently started going there for some reason. For about $20 you can get a full clean inside and outside of your vehicle and to me, that's so worth it! I've been back numerous times now and will definitely keep going!

Did not vaccum out the back of the car, the one place i really needed it cleaned. They did not touch it. Left a tip wish i would of checked the car first. going to find someplace else to take my car. Take my car in to be cleaned and had to come home and clean out the back.

Both my husband and myself use Waterfalls to keep our cars cleaned from the road salt and grime. We like that we can choose a package that includes cleaning the floor mats and inside of vehicles. Always pleased with their work and the lady at the desk is very friendly. Also, they give senior discounts.

Very reasonably priced. For $22 and some change they do the automatic car wash, vacuum, wipe down down all surfaces interior and exterior, and windows. It's honestly not immaculate. Some surfaces could be washed down better, but most car washes charge more for just the automatic exterior wash. I probably won't get my car washed anywhere in the future.Services: Polishing

Great place to have your vehicle washed. They clean the inside and wipe down the windows and the outside, too.

They did a terrible job, this place has fell off so bad. It literally is a joke better off doing it yourself. Didnt clean my cup holder’s (ie straw wrappers) but throw away my vape? Duh. Never again.Services: Auto detailing

I have lived in Waterloo for about 4 years, and have used this car wash a dozen or so times. From reading the reviews, I get the impression some people expect a full detail for 20 bucks. LOL, I pay Toyota like $300 for that!For $20, this place is a bargain. Not only is my car always spotless on the outside, they do a basic quick clean job on dash, windows, floors/mats. No, they didn’t use toothbrushes to scrub every obscure crevasse, but they did more than I would do if I cleaned it myself, and more than enough to keep your car looking clean if you are not a barbaric slob. For TWENTY BUCKS (slightly more or less, depending on the package).It’s usually quick, and the people are friendly enough. I have not found a reason to take my cars anywhere else.
