Run by idiots. We are a retired couple both over 65 and they wouldn't sell me beer because my wife didn't have her ID on her. I had mine but they think everyone has to have theirs. So parents beware if you want to buy beer you have to have your 3 yr old stand by the exit and hope they are there when you are done.

Keep giving me open food when I order delivery. I am disabled and can not always go to the store myself to walk around and get things. If I pay for something, I expect the bare minimum and basic human respect that's literally it. Frozen food arrived, and each meal was literally open all the way. I had to toss them out. Luckily, the driver, Dana, was nice enough to point it out to me. She is awesome. Whatever employee saw 6 open meals and decided to proceed to place them for a persons order should be fired because food tampering is all too real these days. Waterloo location is a joke. When I do go in, the whole store is always trashed, and employees are just sitting around on their phones and won't even help you if you ask.

Worst experience EVER!!! placed a delivery order, the driver never came to my house, they returned my order to the store! I called the store 4 times to make sure I could come pick up my order! They told me YES 4 different people!!! I get to the store and they cancel my order which was 6 items!!! Now there's still a hold on my card and they offered NO solution what so ever!!!

First time using Pick up.
I didn't even have to get out of my truck. They brought out my purchase and even put it in the back seat. The young gentleman was so polite and had a wonderful smile the whole time.
