Consumer beware: go elsewhere. If you specifically ask, prior to purchase, if something can be returned and again when you are returning the item Walgreens will not honor it!!!! As the item was being returned the employee told me it was not a problem, other customers have returned the same thing. At the very end the system gave her an error message stating no return for the item. I was lied to and deceived at purchase to get a sale!!! Walgreens can't stand behind what a customer was told by multiple employees and PRIOR to purchase. Disgusting. I have returned maybe one thing in my life to this store!!!! Also a manager from the store was suppose to call me 5-7 days ago! (Claims he did but my cell phone log shows zero calls the day he says he called. Liars.)

I just had my Covid Vaccination at Walgreens on University Ave. They are all true professionals in Pharmacy. Clear instructions. Waited my turn. No pain getting the shot. Shopped for a few things just to make sure of no side effects. Thank you all so much. See you again in a few weeks.

I was in for cough medicine and toilet paper. The woman, Christina was very rude to me. She neglected to wait on me and told me with authority to get on the tape. The man in back if me was not 6 feet away and I suggested he get to the camera department and we laughed Ha ha! The other employees are very helpful and kind!

Front employees anyways helpful. But the Pharmacy..how do these people have jobs? I live a block away from your location and now drive out of my way to Kimbell to get meds. This location has gotten our meds wrong, they're rude, always seem to be short pills and when I voiced my concern I was told I was wrong. Hopefully this loction will be closed soon enough just like hyvee and kmart.

Dealing with the pharmacy is not a pleasant experience. While there are a few helpful folks that work there, some border on rude. They have a tendency to needlessly hold up prescription orders for days without even bothering to contact you with an update (as an example, after three days of waiting, I finally called in to find out what the delay was--they were apparently wanting to know if I really wanted the med despite the high cost--even though I have paid that same cost before...apparently they would have never ordered the med had I not called in). Their prices are almost always higher than other pharmacies. I wish there was another pharmacy close by...

Pharmacy has little to no customer service or attention to their customers. I had never been to this walgreens before and was thrown by not finding an area to be seen by a nurse/tech so I asked at the counter where you go for a flu shot and, after being ignored for a while, was vaguely directed to further down the aisle. Get to the next window. Scheduled an appointment for a flu shot and yet was told it would be a 45 minute wait. When i said I had scheduled an appointment she said "they never really look at those" but since I filled my paperwork out ahead of time it would speed the process up. I said I was going to leave if that was actually the wait and she said they were able to work me in and it wouldn't be that long. The pharmacist then asked me some questions and was really vague/confusing about things. I was then sent back to the front pharmacy window to pay for my vaccine and waited 5 minutes there to be helped.

This store is my daily visit. We go there for almost all our needs if we can accomplish them at a drugstore. It's close to home the staff is very friendly love the online photo printing. Pharmacy although we did not use them often has been very good. Grandkids love the candy aisle and I actually have a good selection of home goods if you're in a pinch. I would highly recommend any Walgreens but especially my local one.

This pharmacy boasts the most tenured staff of all Walgreens pharmacies. The pharmacist have decades of experience in their profession with the company. All the employees are knowledgeable, patient and process minded. As with any profession they can only help you if given the proper tools from the doctor or from you. Example: they can't fill prescriptions the doctor didn't send over, they can't bill your insurance if don't have your insurance card, they cannot get refills from the doctors office approved in minutes. Be an informed patient, be prepared, and don't be in a rush. Call your prescriptions in ahead of time, use the amazing Walgreens mobile app, sign up for text alerts when your prescriptions are ready... This location has a drive thru pharmacy and is open 7 days a week. They flavor liquid medication upon request ($2.99 fee). They have an onsite digital photo lab where you can get prints, enlargements, posters and canvases made. They have a variety of snacks, drinks, holiday items plus all your over the counter medication needs.
