I spend over $700 per month for a business account. I went into this store to buy a Samsung watch with my wife. They only had one watch on display and we were interested in another one that they had in stock. They would not allow us to look at it. They expected us to make a decision based on looking at a white box. Pretty unprofessional! I will definitely be considering taking my business to another carrier. Been with Verizon since before they were Verizon. Unbelievable

Stopped by as the SIM card in my phone went out. Jimmy was awesome and even setup and eSIM card for me. Eric and his staff always do an amazing job. Will be back in the future!

Place is ran by a bunch of clowns. Don’t waste your time upgrading devices here. There are better stores in the cedar valley that WILL take care of you. Avoid at all costs.

I was with Verizon for about 1 1/2 years. In that time, I was supposed to have 3 $800 trade in credits. One of them was supposed to be when I first switched to Verizon. I actually got 1 of those trade in credits and never got the other 2 because the business manager at the store, Abe, apparently, doesn't know how to do the paperwork. My bill went from a promised $220/month to $375. I finally just said that I'm done and switched. They are still trying to collect the final bill which I am happy to pay when they give me my other 2 $800 credits.

I was not happy with our condescending salesman. If I had known I would be treated this way, I would've stuck with US Cellular. Just because I'm older, does not mean I'm stupid. He didn't explain the cost of the phone purchase, or my plan cost, or give any details about my new phone. He was more interested in selling me expensive, unnecessary accessories and selling a new phone to the person with me. He was irritated when he had to prep my phone for trade-in, asked if I even knew where the closest UPS store was for mailing in my phone and said I was making him do more work than his last 3 customers! I will not visit this store again!

The customer service people aren't knowledgeable at all. They charge you for a brand new phone through the company rather than send it through the insurance they make you pay for. Then when you tell them you need help with a payment they make you wait in a line you can't use so he can sit there and talk to his buddy's. Never had a good experience with the instore "professionals".

Employee was rude. My phone had a manufacturer defect and I was told to take the phone to a corporate store for an exchange. The store employee made me feel like it was my fault the phone was malfunctioning and started to point out a couple of tiny marks on the corner of the phone as if that was what caused the screen to malfunction. The phone was 2 weeks old and there was nothing wrong with the screen. I performed the troubleshooting process the night before and was told to take the phone in to get it exchanged. The store employee took out all the phone accessories like the connection cable and sim card key and just gave me the phone in the box. This was not a pleasant experience.
