Very helpful staff, knowledgeable about printing from home and the best equipment for it. I've had a positive experience at this store multiple times in the past year, with nothing to complain about.

First of all...I would give employees Jeff and Andrea 10 stars. The 3-stars reflects some if the additional headaches encountered.I started off submitting a project online for pick up. I had 3 different completion dates. The last one I received was not going to make my deadline. I called the local store. I kind of got the run around, was in hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up to call the 800 customer service number. Only to find they don't work on Saturday. So back to calling the local store. Waited at least 10 minutes for my call to be answered. I talked to someone for a bit and decided to just go there.I took my file and the team (4 people including the manager) assured me that my order would be completed by 6:30 on Sunday and they would cancel my online order (since it had been paid for).On Sunday, I didn't get a confirmation like they promised. But I decided to just go down to the store. It was 6:55. They closed at 6. Even though I was told it would be ready at 6:30.Thank God Jeff let me in...I told him I just had to pick up a print order that had already been paid for.Well... The job hadn't been started. Yikes! Andrea stayed there working on it with me until it was done. They saved the day!! Now my CEO will have the materials for his presentation on time.Now for the rest of the headache and miscommunication... That's another story and the reason they didn't get 5 stars.
