Traveling from New York to Montana I discovered that my clutch cable needed adjusting. I was passing through Waterloo, Iowa and stopped at Silver Eagle Harley Davidson. Service manager Roger Drewes got a tech right on it and I was back on my way within 30 minutes. It’s people like Roger around the Country that keep people buying Harleys.

My wife and I are very please with are 2023 road glide limited vivid black we have bought lots of close from the clothing line and have bought motorcycles from Silver Eagle in the past and also have done many upgrades and motor work threw the service department… my wife and i love what u guys do!!! Great experience start to finish. I picked the bike I liked and they never attempted to up sell me at all. Answered all my questions and gave me and extensive walk through of all the options my bike has, a lot of which my previous Harley didn’t have. Nothing I could suggest improving on. 100% great experience.

Would recommend doing business with more scrupulous and professional businesses. These folks bought an item from me and filed a credit card dispute before the item was even delivered, 3 days after they paid. No different than stealing my money out of my pocket. Good luck, guys.

Very good people to work with. Gave me a fair offer on my trades. Price of my purchase was reasonable and it was very easy to have all my questions answered. The financing was done on the spot,and I couldn't ask for nicer people to talk to and do business with!

I have had only a few opportunities to work with their service staff and every time has been over the top! I live just outside Dubuque, IA and drive past my local HD dealer to take my bikes to Silver Eagle in Waterloo. I wouldn't give it a second thought at this point. The level of customer service I have received from the service and parts department has been nothing short of amazing! I know my wife would kill me for even saying this, but I can't wait to work with their sales department. I have worked and managed auto dealerships the better part of the last 17 years and the way their staff has handled every one of my transactions thus far is how I hope my staff will treat the customers that visit my dealerships. If i could give more than 5 stars I would! Keep up the amazing work!!!

Fair pricing, well stocked, new and used. Large showroom and apparel area.Bought a bike, they changed the bars for me and i bought helmets and apparel.So... i dealt with sales, finance, parts, service, and apparel.They all exceeded my expectations.My son seeing how well and fairly i was treated went ahead and bought a new harley he didnt plan on getting until next year. He also dealt with everyone in the building and is fully satisfied plus he bought the harley insurance.We are both more than satisfied. Ken w.
