Four months ago Steve came into our home twice, once with a plumber and electrician, to take measurements and assess our projects. As requested we made a list of all projects we were wanting estimates on and stated that we were understanding on time frames, flexible and open to his suggestions. On one of the visits he made personal comments about us not having children which was hurtful. After several friendly calls to remind him of our projects we have never received further communication or an estimate of any kind.
