Our car-buying experience was very positive. We needed to replace the car our teenagers drive. We were coming from out of town, and Dawn was so accommodating and responsive to our emails/questions prior to us making the trip to W'loo. When we arrived, the car was ready, Dawn ensured we checked out all aspects of the car, and the buying process was quick and easy! Thank you!

Honestly, it was a mixed experience.On the one hand, they helped with my negating the expiration date on a prepaid oil change card that I found after cleaning out my late husband's vehicle.On the other hand, they had ordered parts to replace something that was not working and was under warrantee. When they called to say that the parts were in, I stated that it had since started working again and was told clearly that Rydell suggested replacing it any way since they had gotten the part and it was under warrantee. When I arrived to get it replaced, I was told that since it was working, they decided that the replacement did not need to happen and had sent the parts back. NO ONE TOLD ME and I had to take time off work during the week as I was told it could not be done on a Saturday. If this did not need to be done, I could have come in on a Saturday and not have to take time off work. I was NOT happy about it!!!Then, to add to the insult, I had presented a coupon for discounted wiper blades, but I was not told that my vehicle was not compatible with the discounted ones. I only found out AFTER they replaced the wipers with others, I was presented with the bill, and I had to ask why the discount was not applied. I SHOULD have been told BEFORE my wipers were replaced so I could decide whether or not I wanted Rydell to replace them after all.Finally, I had my oil changed and tire rotated. Not only did I have to point out to them that they did not check the air in my tires, something I learned is supposed to happen from another time when it was NOT done either. When I took my car back in to get the air checked, I then noticed that two lug nut covers had been broken and put back on broken. Apparently, I was not supposed to notice or care.I have gone to Rydell for years, but if that is the kind of communication and service I can expect, I may be rethinking continuing!

Very expressive knowledge of the truck I was looking at. Tom answered everything that I had questions about the truck. I felt like Tom really cared for me as if he were in my shoes.I was very comfortable dealing with him.

My truck was scheduled as a valet pickup with my work hours being from 6am to 2pm. It was agreed the job could be completed in time for my truck to be returned for me to go home. My truck was an hour late leaving me without a vehicle at the end of my day and waiting after my shift was over. No one i talked to on the phone seemed overly concerned with my issue, but were happy to transfer me to the cashier to take my payment.

This was one of the least pressured sales buying experiences we’ve ever had. I always dread looking for new vehicles and going through the process but John and the rest of the sales team made it so easy and quick! Everyone we encountered from the dealership while we were there was so nice.

I've been to Rydell three times this year. The first time I paid a hundred and fifty dollars to have a fuse removed.The second time I paid a hundred and forty nine dollars to get some advice.The third time I paid a hundred and seventy seven dollars to get my break fluid topped off.I enjoyed working with Jared, however I will not be returning because of their astronomical prices.

Every visit has been easy going, no stress. Have both purchased and sold cars here and have been all around happy with both experiences.Service department has really gone the extra mile for us on warranty work (had alternator go out on a holiday weekend and they got it replaced right away).When ever I'm in market for a different vehicle I always check here first to see if they have what I'm looking for.

Dawn Tomson was the most professional salesperson I have dealt with. She took the time to show me all of the features of the new car and made sure i was comfortable with using them. She also treated me like a customer not just a buyer.

Service department was bad. No communication. The didn't fix the issue,and it was there 2 times for same issues. They let me sit there all day before putting me in a rental car. They never told me what issues were. I told my sales person I will not bring my vehicle back thereVery disappointed with communication, issues not getting fixed, and making me sit around all day knowing they are putting me into a renter vehicle. Plus knowing I live out of town.

One of the best car dealership experiences I ever had! Andrea, Carlos and all other people running it were very helpful and professional. From entering the shop until I left I never had the feeling somebody wants to persuade or push me buying a car, like at some other dealers. They explained me everything factual and sold the car to me with their professionalism. I felt very comfortable during the whole car buying process. I can highly recommend this guys!

Just got back from long trip and needed an oil change sooner than what I thought I was. Have surgery coming up so couldn't wait until my next scheduled one. Brought it into their express service and they did amazing. Very professional, honest and faster than I thought it would be. They even did an inspection and all I need soon is an alignment, which I already knew about. Thank you so much for being an honest, friendly and professional service center!!!! You've earned my service from here on out!!!

We've been buying from Rydell for over 20 years and can't even fathom buying anywhere else.Not only because they've got the best prices, but because when you're there you are family, not a customer.Sure we've looked other places just to see what others have, but have always come back to Rydell. They either ordered what we want or located it.Everything at Rydell is top notch... the owner, management, sales staff, service, service technicians, body shop, body & paint technicians, finance, etc.You can't ask for a better Chevrolet dealership.We've trusted them for ourselves and with family and friend referrals and know you can trust them too.
