Had a wonderful shopping experience with Dawn! She did a great job at giving me a few options based on my budget and needs. Her and Alec from maintenance looked at records to help me understand what to expect with the vehicles we were looking into which helped me sort out what I wanted to work with. We then looked into what my finances would estimate to before working with my credit and when we went further, the estimates were very accurate and the rest of the process was smooth and clear!

Well I came in for a scheduled oil change and diagnostic on my truck as there was a humming sound coming from the front driver's side wheel. Oil change was what I expected. But I did not expect to be told my truck had nearly $2000 in repairs needed=wheel bearings, brakes and rotors x 4 and a whole bunch of other unnecessary things were listed. I know they are unnecessary because I had a respected retired mechanic in the area double check what you said was wrong and he found that just the front drivers side needed a wheel bearing. NOT anything else listed. All of my rotors are smooth as silk not grooved like the tech reported. My brake pads have a lot of life left in them and do not need new ones right now. Is this the typical try and rake a female over the coals for money because you think she's dumb!? Needless to say I will be trusting an outside mechanic to repair my wheel bearing as I know he will not be trying to screw me over any way he can.

Garrison was our salesman and so personable! Wasn’t pushy, was so kind and understanding. Interacted with my 3 year old, offered things to help keep him happy and busy. Jordan I believe was his name, did everything he could to help me purchase my vehicle and was nonjudgmental, and compassionate. Offered a fair trade in for my vehicle, definitely will go back to the Waterloo rydell with any future purchases.

Well Chevy corporate has roadside that isn't what it's made up to be. Not so much Rydell Chevy. The Chevy Corp has to do a better job of taking care of people that spends thousands of dollars on there new vehicles. And my experience was not that pleasant. And as far as Rydell they could've been a little more helpful as well. I bought a new 2500 has 4395 miles on it and they have it in the shop and they have no loaner vehicle for me to use. Kinda poor service.

Oil drain plug snapped off when trying to change my oil myself! Before that i had went to rydell for oil change! Was told they only tighten plug by hand which if true a 15mm wrench would have gotten it off pretty easily! Also another business has told me that they seen this before from rydell over tightening drain bolts! All I know is it cost $1100 for a new oil drain pan and rydell don't care about a hard working man like myself I get it! I'll never go back or recommend rydell to anyone! I'm very disappointed and let down!

We were met by friendly sales people and respected when we told them we were working with Dawn. Dawn is very personable and enjoyable to work with. Tyler, the manager, was helpful and efficient. Kyler, in finance, also got us through the process with ease and ensured we had the best deal. We had been working with Dawn for a couple of months and when we were ready, she was in on each step. Even with borrowing a vehicle while the new truck was getting detailed with the protection package, both Dawn and Tyler made the process efficient. They are attentive to needs, making sure we had needs met. We felt comfortable between the personable interactions and professionalism. Even witnessing interactions with other customers showed true care in what they do and their "family." Dawn is great!

Last time I went in to get my oil changed in December they broke the cover off of my cabin air filter. Figured I would go in and get it done again because it's convenient. I asked them to only change the oil and skip the inspection on the rest of my car. Now I have an oil stain on my head liner from them changing the sticker. It's hard to see but there are little brown spatters all over the visor too. Very frustrating
