Exceptional care from the therapists but I had a death in the family and a friend die both in the same month and missed a few appointments as a result. The receptionist was very sharp and unsympathetic and wouldn't reschedule. I understand that I caused a hiccup in their system for missing a few appointments but given the circumstances I thought they would at least treat me with more dignity. Instead I got power tripped and told to go somewhere else. I was pretty flabbergasted at how she was talking to me. Again, great care from actual therapists if you can deal with the way the receptionist talks down to you from her high horse!

The therapists are very professional and helpful. They listen well, are empathetic and provide valuable information for home use. The best is I never feel judged or put down!

I don’t normally leave reviews unless it’s worth my time, Brandon is AMAZING!! Not only does he listen, & actually help, he’s WISE!! He pointed out the source of pain I had from a past foot surgery here, a “Dr” couldn’t find. Im blessed to have his help, & I HIGHLY recommend him.

I have had physical therapy at Rock Valley multiple times for over 10 years. At different times , we focused on the shoulder, knee, ankle, wrist, and this last time on my neck. I have always received excellent and knowledgeable care. They have provided accurate and timely reports to my referring surgeons and doctors. The facility has been clean and well maintained. All staff members that I have worked with, including interns, have been professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. The staff is small enough with limited turnover, so I am greeted on a personal level and not just as an anonymous patient. I highly recommend them and will definitely return the next time I need PT.

I had the best physical therapy experience at Rock Valley Waterloo that I've ever had! They made me feel like family. Teri was friendly and incredibly helpful up front, including straightening things out with my health insurance to make sure they covered my treatment. Brandon is an incredible PT, taking time to get to know you, listen to your pain, and provide exercises that work. He consistently encouraged me to keep working toward change long term. Even the physical therapists that weren't working with me were friendly. Thank you, Rock Valley, for making me feel at home!

KALAIS IS THE BEST THERAPIST I HAVE EVER HAD. THE KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND PASION SHE HAS IS HIGHLY APPRECIATED EACH TIME MY SESSION ENDS AND I FEEL IMPROVEMENT.AND THE REST OF THE STAFF MAKES ME FEEL WELCOMED EACH AND EVERYTIME. THEY ARE FRIENDLY, APPROACHABLE, AND THEY WILL TAKE THEIR TIME TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED. I RECOMMEND AND ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO TRY THEN OUT.

My whole family has used Rock Valley for our physical therapy needs for quite a few years. We get great service from the smiles and friendly Teri at the front to Brandon who takes us back. He’s not heavy handed, he listens if there’s a particularly tender spot that day, and when you go in and have finally made your goal (as simple as reaching the cereal at the top of the fridge without help) he’s as happy for you as you are in yourself. He helped my husband after reverse total shoulder on one and rotator cuff on the other - neither one bother him anymore! He has great range and doesn't hesitate to let people know he went to Rock Valley and Brandon! I wouldn’t hesitate to refer these people!
