This machine is always out of order when I go to return movies and it turns into 20-30 mins on hold waiting to talk to customer service. And they agree to not charging you for late fees and writing a note on the account to not be charged. But in reality you'll have to call back another time because if you just let them they will take full advantage of you and not reimburse you. This whole ordeal has happend twice in the last month to me and my girlfriend. Honestly I would just rent from a streaming service. Especially during these times
