“It was great with the exception of them not having handicap doors like the button that you can push you actually open the door they did not have one. But staff was really Pleasant”
“UPS package said it was delivered, but was not. I called this location, they knew exactly what to do and what the situation was. Man on the phone was very calm and understanding, went to look for my package in the back and found it immediately. I previously called the official UPS line for service, and she said to go ask around neighbors.
The fact this place knew a better protocol better than the official UPS hotline shows they cared about my package vs a cold hotline automatic "it's out of my hands" policy.”

“Online hours show 8:30-5:00 pm Beware, the office closes at 3:00 pm so if you want to mail something or do business, get there before 3 pm. Two of my priority packages were lost. They told me to file a claim on an impossible US Post Office website. I have a better chance of getting a brick wall to resolve the issue. It’s frustrating and disappointing, and out of my control.”
