I can say that one will feel at home when they walk into this store. The atmosphere and the energy just feels you and all of the weight on your shoulders is dropped at the for the small moment you are in this. The workers there are very nice very homely very relaxed and very efficient and also very useful to customers.

I've been getting my tobacco from here for years now and you can buy as much as you want and pay one bulk shipping price. They don't carry the kind of tubes I use so I buy those locally but yes the tobacco is significantly less then in the local smoke stores

These guys are the worst... placed an order on Sunday evening and package still haven't arrived and it's now Friday. Go elsewhere if you have any sort of time frame of needing your order.

They were very nice and sent in a timely manner. It was UPS that didn't get it to me. UPS dropped it off at Michael's and I didn't know. Three days later I had to go pick it up. Not nice of them.

I've been ordering RYO supplies online from them for almost 2 years now, and I don't think I could find better customer service at any type of store. The prices are reasonable, shipping is quick, the selection is good. I don't have a single complaint. I'd give 10 stars if it were possible.
