Currently sitting and getting my pedicure and can’t say enough good things about this place! So relaxing, the best calf/foot massage, and the owners are so kind. The place is clean, relaxing, and comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

They are the sweetest people ever, they didn't give up on the heart on my nails and even when I siad they don't need to worry about it if it's to hard they said no they can do it and did! Amazing for sure coming back

Bought a $100 gift card over the phone and had it sent to my sister who is local. When I took my mom and had her nails done, I was told that the card had expired. Sure enough. They'd given me 4 months to spend the money. No mention of an expiration date when I bought the card. I had to pay $30 for the service and lost the $70 that had been remaining on the card. Never again.

this was my second time coming to modern nails, the first time i went i loved it and it was fairly cheap so i decided to go again for prom. i had an inspiration picture of nail art and they said they could do it. the art when the lady finished looked like a kindergartner had painted on my nails. it was genuinely terrible but i felt bad and didnt say anything, which i regret now. they also say they charge ~45$ for gel full sets but i was charged $61 with no explanation on why it was so much more

Went in and was able to be seen right away despite no appointment. As a guy getting a manicure & pedicure for the first time (no nail polish just getting presentable for my upcoming wedding) I was nervous but they made it very easy and comforatable for me. Very pleased with my experience.

Thought it was the best my nails looked but my dip is chipping after 3 days! I'm very upsets not just one nail, 3 nails are chipping. $55 down the drain. Sorry Carlos, I thought it was the best my nails had ever looked. Not coming back.

I've gotten my nails done in so many Nail Salons around Waterloo, Cedar Falls, and the surrounding areas. There's one place I've been to where I didn't feel shortchanged, hurried, and like I completely wasted my money. That place is Modern Nail. They do the best nails around. Hands down.

The owners are the nicest people ever! They remembered me even though I had not been in for about 2 years! They are fast and do a great job! The shop is very comfortable because its not a super huge place. To me, it's the best nail place in town!
