Metro is the WORST phone company to go through. They are unwilling to help you. They told me to cancel my 6 year Olds birthday party till next year. They won't change my payment date. They lie all the time. They say. One thing then turn around and say another. I have nothing but problems with them. I do NOT recommend them to anyone. They get ZERO stars from me.

I ordered on line it came late and they had difficulties delivering it because shipper didn't put apt uses figured it out . Then I couldn't activate. The woman that helped was rude to the max and swore f$%% at me when I left. My phone still didn't work an I didn't want to go back. But did and that lady was real helpful extremely. But she didn't pit my glass cover on correctly and the air bubble and hair. And went home and phone still difntvwork correctly. I want a refund but I live out if town and unable to get tobthevstore and dontbrealy want to deal with this company. Plus I'm sitting in my house and don't move and now I have 5g 4 bars but most time duringvdaybo have none. And have to use wifi. So I don't recommend it. Customer before me got really screwed !

One you can't pay the bill if you're service is out like Cricket and nobody seem to answer the phone. I'm just going to take my business somewhere else. Metro y'all need to get it together.

Went into the store there is two people behind the desk. And then I thought it was talking to somebody as he left and he just said I wasn't working in a rude manner and then he instead of like just telling us when he was behind the desk doing some stuff saying I'm sorry I would help you but I'm not working today but that was enough to make me not only take my take my business elsewhere by the MetroPCS but also my T-Mobile business elsewhere. I can definitely see why they are hiring especially if that person was a manager as completely ridiculous at least acknowledge the customer and say something and I just stand there continue doing whatever you're doing.

It's affordable yes, but it makes sense why it's only $60 per month. I got the Samsung Galaxy A32, doing their port over free phone deal. Every day since I bought this phone I've had to restart my phone because I have no network. I can't stream, I can't text, and half the time I can't call out. It's garbage. I tried contacting tech and it keeps bringing up the MyMetro app. If I wanted an app id open it. After multiple attempts at getting through to tech support, and them making me check a million things on my phone, I got nowhere. They didn't comp the entire month of service I basically didn't get due to all the issues. I would never recommend, and if I were anyone else I would pay the extra money to just stick with Verizon or us cellular.
