“My Son and I had a great experience at the Waterloo, Iowa location. Braden (I hope I got his name correct) greeted us when we walked in and he was extremely professional, helpful with pant/shirt ideas and throughout the sizing/measuring process. He ordered two ties they didn’t have in house. I do wish they’d have at least a tie display of what’s on their website in-store, but we rolled the dice. I’m surprised at the bad reviews, we really had a good experience and said such leaving.”
