Where do I start... I bought a fridge for delivery, and the only time frame was for 8am-12pm. In the week before delivery, they changed the time on me 4 different times. And the day of, the time changed again to 230pm-6pm. Now, this was supposed to be a surprise, so I had to change my plans multiple times just to get the person out of the house for the delivery. I finally got a call around 1pm telling me they're 10mins away.... You can kinda see the problem with this. They're early and had to have someone rush over to the house.They got it in and plugged in, forgot the water line so they couldn't hook it up. Now fast forward 1 week to the next Sat. After calling and telling them they forgot the hose and still needed to hook up the waterline, they set up another appointment. They call me 2 hours earlier than the earliest time given. Alright, fine, I'm home anyways. The guy tells me they don't have the hose and that I was supposed to. They forgot to deliver the hose in the first place. Oh, and they can't hook it up since they're not plumbers.I bought the fridge and hose from Lowe's thinking it would be an easy, smooth transaction with them delivering and hooking it up. Turned into a headache, and now a fridge that still doesn't have a waterline installed. Oh, and I had to go to Lowe's just to get my hose.

Huge sign saying item was $20 less than it had been priced out. Grabbed it and went up to the register only to have it ring up the original price, employee escorted me to a regular register instead of self-checkout where that employee could not change the price and agreed with the other gal that you can't do anything on a self-checkout. Gal on the register called for a manager and after 10 minutes I left. With no purchase. Will not recommend. Probably will not shop there again.Will also note, I saw nine employees around the checkout and paint area. Most all working, but no one available to override the price at the register. ?

I was out there Nov.22. I have NEVER had so many employees ask if they could help me! So many times I have shopped at Home Improvement stores where it seems like they hide from you. They were all kind, which I appreciate, especially when I know how trying the holidays can be for retail.

useless customer service, didn't know anything about stoves.won't take an order over the phone.why drive 2 hrs, just to give them my lowes credit card.home depot, called next.

Stopped in to shop a bit, haven't been to Lowe's in a long time. Was glad I stopped as I found some items I can't find anywhere else. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Prices are kind of high & their flowers & plants needed some serious attention. I was intending on spending a lot of money on flowers but I didn't buy not one. They were terrible.

Promise of delivery and still have not received my dishwasher. I am going to another big name company from now on. Lowe’s can never deliver on time and your item sits in back for a week. UnprofessionalSeveral times I spoke with a Lowe’s representative about the delivery situation with a promise of a delivery. Those were unfortunately not fulfilled.Disgusted, my husband and I went to a Local appliance store and we’re greeted with a friendly smile, no pressure, lower prices, and a next day delivery and installation with haul away. It does pay to shop LOCAL

Went for flowers that were supposed to be on sale due to Memorial weekend and their prices did not reflect what was on the ad. But they have beautiful varieties of plants to purchase at a decent price and other outdoor products.

I thought free delivery was a bonus but they don’t tell you it will take them two cancellations and to reschedule two times hopefully they will come deliver my washer the next scheduled appointment very unprofessional and I just got a call from them they are going to compensate me for the headache the delivery service is not from Lowe’s they hire out so I will change the star rating to three star’s
