Excellent staff excellent doctors. Being a truck driver on the road and a long way from home it's difficult when you have a problem with your pet. This wonderful place made it possible to bring her in and be seen. They took the time to explain what was going on with her . They took excellent care of her and got her feeling much better. With medicine and some new food she is almost back to her self again. I want to thank everyone there for seeing her on such short notice and helping her. You guys are awesome and I recommend this place highly.

I'm disappointed in the experience we had when we brought our dog in to be put down. We had never been to Logan Animal Hospital before, and we were there because the dog bit someone, so there was a lot of admin and paperwork to do. We had to discuss the circumstances surrounding the bite at length, then locate rabies vaccine records, which took quite some time. All of this could have been taken care of in advance if someone had told us what we needed when we made the appointment. We were there for an hour and a half. Putting a pet down is already incredibly difficult, and having to search for medical records during your pets' final hour is simply unacceptable.

Several years ago, I had a dog I called Zoey Kangas. I took her to Logan Animal Hospital. I was thinking of adopting another older female dog and I got accidently disconnected during one of the worst snowstorms this winter (2024). Dr. Thomas saw that he had missed a call so called me back, as I had some questions about adopting another dog. He answered all my questions and went way above and beyond in addressing my concerns. Thank you so much and I highly recommend Logan Animal Hospital to anyone here or moving to this area.

I called today with an emergent issue with my cat and they were able to squeeze me into their packed schedule. My cat ended up having an emergency surgery that day and again, they were able to squeeze my cat into their schedule for that. I an grateful for Dr. Thomas and the staff there! They were all so pleasant, informative, and accommodating. 10/10 experience.

So today I called Logan animal Hospital to get info out of my dogs file about meds they used to make him sleep to do his teeth cleaning. Which they could not do because he stopped breathing. I wanted this info for a different Vet to have so they could remove a mole off of him. They did not have this info in the file or Chart. I am so upset I cried I am scared for my pets health and they fact they did not put this in my dog medical chart scares me, not just for my dog but all pets going to this place and the true care they are giving to animal. I will never trust them again or go there. I don't think this place gives the best care.
