I like KwikStar. Their food is good. I like their berry slushies. And some of their baked goods can't be ignored. I just wish they would offer more options for creamers. I still go to Casey's for my coffee.

As a southern truck driver, it's hard to find decent places to eat that aren't fast food, this place has the best sausage/pepperoni burritos on the planet, and I definitely recommend if you haven't been

I stopped here with my girlfriend on our way out to Des Moines, and we had bought lottery tickets at a different Kwik Star in Waterloo without knowing that you needed to be 21 to play lottery in Iowa, nor was I ID'd for it. She had gone to cash the tickets while I had used the restroom and the employee was very rude to her about the lottery and made her feel stupid about not knowing by turning around the digital date thing for being 21. The lady was rude and I know that the way she was treated was not the Kwik Trip/Star way.

Great good, great service! Kwik Star makes you feel like family when looking for your needs. It's my favorite Midwestern place to stop for gas or snacks while on the road.

I hate to do it because I love Kwik Star but, We bought 2 tenderloins and they were a bit disappointing, expecting excellence and they fell short of expectations.I believe they had expired too.I know Kwik Star can do better.
