“I have been selling BERTCH for about 20 years now. I have found that they are true to their word, replace damaged product immediately and sell a top of the line cabinet.What I have found with all cabinets I sell, Natural woods and stains always hold up better than paint, but Bertch's paint finish excel's over a Hand made or box store product by far.Like all MFG's sometimes a cabinet is held back due to quality issue, but in 20 years I have not had to replace a hinge or glide.Once I had a warped door where the standard procedure is to wait out a weather season. I would have probably just reordered ,b ut customer said let's wait. It went back to shape in one month but customer was surprised when I followed up 3 months and then a year later to make sure the door was fine. It was! (we have high humidity to dry, and any solid door will do that and it goes right back!)I have customer who have pruchased stained product 20 years ago and all wer are doing is updating handles and upgrading tops to quartz. A great value for the money and running about 10 weeks lead is really a good turn around for custom cabinets.check us out at Winsupply of Carterville IL!”
