I decided to go to this USCellular and see what my options were as I had my own phone, but wanted a new one as well as explore plans. Not only were all the employees extremely helpful, knowledgeable & kind; they were able to give me all my options very quickly without any extra sales or stuff I didn’t need. My problem had some glitches that had to be figured out. I was there afternoon to closing. Lucas kept moving forward as to helping me, I appreciate how hard he worked on my problems and listened to my concerns. He is an asset to customer service.
