Takes them 3 days to fill a basic muscle relaxer and ibuprofen prescription and couldn't even give a reason as to why. Totally pathetic.

My Hy-Vee is gone. We usually have to make another stop at Fareway to complete what we need. Hy-Vee is out of everything I need. So I thought I would try online shopping...nope. So disappointed. But I did order, and the order has been delayed. Wanted the potatoes for supper, oh well. The weather is forecasted to be snowy. Trying to be nice and understanding, but seriously? NO snow and the streets are fine.

The employees are so rude that I switched my medications to CVS. I have gone to Hyvee pharmacy ever since I started working at hyvee several years ago. but after awhile everytime I went there, each employee was so rude and several saw me standing at the counter and don't say anything or come help me and sometimes i am waiting several minutes. The employees were always so nice and helpful until recently and I think they might be a different group of people who work there now than before.

I think the store looks amazing! The verity is amazing! Unfortunately most products I want to buy are expired or damaged. I have spent quite a bit of money on expired items. I actually returned the last few items just to make a point.

This location is extremely good on working with you when you have online coupons. They were able to help me get what would have been $130 medication that wasn't covered by my insurance for $10.44

The pharmacists are the most toxic people I have ever worked with. In all my 10 years of being employed, I have never once been treated the way these people treat their employees. Very rude. 0/10 would not recommend.

I've gone here for a good few months and I feel like gas prices here are the first to raise, I prefer Kwik star as it's cheaper the 87 unleaded gas. However, when it comes to the inside of the Hyvee has a great cold deli area carrying sandwich, salads, cups of fruit and cold desserts that are fresh and reasonable priced. Athlough it's rare that I'd go for the gas the cold deli foods and snacks are a nice thing for a fast lunch or packing for work.

I stop in here on a regular basis. The manager has done a great job with who she has hired for employees. The employees are friendly, polite and speedy at check out. In the last few years I have only seen the manager in the store a handful of times if that. Sadly the few times I have seen her in the store she comes off as cold. I asked her ( the manager ) one time why the station didn't accept a mobile coupon... her reply was that I needed to call the company and have the store added to their list. That's not my job! I'm also quite sure the company has to have the store call them.This comment from her makes me wonder if she would allow her employees to act or talk to consumers in this manner? Otherwise the store has always been clean and stocked when I stop in. Trash picked up outside. Paper towels and windshield washer fluid at the fuel pumps. I also noticed that one of the fuel pumps is handicap accessible where a employee will come out and pump a disabled persons fuel for free... What a great benefit for the people who need it! Great job Hy - Vee!
