Tried to get help since the pump was going so slow but they wouldn’t let me finish my sentences. I used a ton of rewards to get gas and the pump I am using is going very slow. They wouldn’t let me ask questions or confirm I can transfer my rewards. They wouldn’t help me. Just told me to cancel and get gas somewhere else and didn’t answer my questions.

very unprofessional curbside pickup refuse to give me groceries because my car smelled like cigarettes??? and proceeded to stick her fingers in her nose and then touched all the groceries everybody constantly reeks of marijuana. I legitly had to drive around the parking lot to air my car out from cigarette smoke and then I had them put it in the trunk every single order I have gotten from them every carton of eggs is broken. I literally stood right next to him and asked him not to throw groceries. and to please treat delicately. very proceeded to just throw groceries into my trunk. I have several smashed boxes and dirt on my groceries because they were just thrown into my trunk when I asked for a manager the girl with her fingers up her nose said that she was the management. during the day it seems legit. but towards the afternoon they clearly do not care. unless you want extremely rude service and your groceries destroyed do not use this service in the afternoon. I have never rode a bad review in my life and I am utterly disgusted by the service!

Don’t try buying any of the hot deals…I went to this location with my mom she had areafy been there once. The .99 cent milk they we’re supposed to have still hadn’t arrived. When we questioned the manager she was completely rude and talked down to both me and my mom. I don’t know what her name is but she was blonde and a manager and really freaking rude! I’ve already called corporate and they’re forwarding the information to the store director..hopefully something gets done and if not I will go to another Hyvee.

They are always nice and helpful! I love my hy-vee fuel saver when I shop at hyvee with it I get a %off gas than when I use cash to pay at the hyvee gas station i save money. for example I pumped 24.00 and only paid 12.00!

The pharmacists are the most toxic people I have ever worked with. In all my 10 years of being employed, I have never once been treated the way these people treat their employees. Very rude. 0/10 would not recommend.

I was getting gas with my two teen sons. I selected the cheapest gas option of $2.09. After it reached full capacity, my son replaced the gas nozzle and I waited for the receipt. I happened to glance at the receipt which charged me $2.89 a gallon! I double checked the pump and took a picture. I went inside and told the female clerk about the mishap. She told me I had taken the picture after the pump had reset. I was sure I had pushed the correct button. She started talking about the premium option. Even the premium option was $2.79 a gallon. Something jacked about the prices here. Definitely won't return with lots of other options available.

Was tolf they were out of propane whem trying to exchange two tanks. Yet the cage was completely full. Every place I ever worled they ask you to put empties upside down but these were all right side up. I think its lazy workets who didnt want to mess with it. Wont go there again
