Customer service is garbage. I tried to check in over the phone they said I had to be there to check in. I'm waiting there for over an hour as they let every person who walks in the door ahead me. Would have been nice to know there were multiple appointments coming up and I could just go online and set up an appointment instead of wasting my time waiting there.
