Had nail in tire of new truck and brought here for repair. Tech scratched rim and damaged center cap. Owner denied it and was unwilling to replace damaged rim. Would not recommend this place if you care about your vehicle.

Had nail in tire and took here for repair. Tech damaged rim and center cap during the repair. Owner denied it and said they wouldn't do anything for me. This was new truck and had never had tires off before. would not recommend this place if you want to keep your rims nice

Excellent customer service, honesty and quick turn around time. . I would highly recommend. . We will for sure be bringing our families vehicles there as you should consider also you will not be disappointed .

Was just in to get a slow leaking tire fixed, guy in the shop tells me it was just a lose valve stem needle and he tightened it for me and it stopped the leak after dunking it in the water tank. Says the owner prolly won’t charge you. Owner rings me up, charged 26.76 I’ll be going to Waverly tire from now on

Co-workers daughter took her car there for estimates. Tech didn't tighten the lug nuts and caused almost $900 worth of damage. Could have killed someone.

Very friendly people working in this family owned business! Polite and always remember your name! If they're not able to assist you with whatever you have going on they actually call around and find someone who can! Wow!

Couldn't fix my tire but sent me on my way with a used loaner tire so i could get a tire at another shop that had one!!! Customer service is awesome. When I need a new set of tires I will be buying from them!!
