If I could give it zero stars I would in a heartbeat. Over close to 5 hours to put on 4 tires. Completely unacceptable. The staff was real nice I will admit that but the wait times should never have been that long

Would choose negative stars if I could:) Don’t take your foreign vehicle here. Went in for a battery replacement and they didn’t pair the battery to my car which resulted in my alternator going out. That’s only one thing I’ve had to deal with that’s gone wrong since taking my bmw here last year. Thankfully Eurosport was very nice to deal with and replaced my alternator and paired my battery which should’ve been done in the first place by Firestone.*They also had no idea what an oil filter housing gasket was! I told them I needed it replaced and they looked at me like I was the idiot!

If I could leave a one star here I would leave a one star, it’s 3:30 pm and they’ve had my car since 10 am, didn’t even look at it then they say oh yah btw we can’t do ur brakes since it’s a two piece rotor which yes it is I told them that, retards could have looked at my car for a solid 3 minutes and know that instead they waste 5 hours of my time. Worst business in the worst part of town, i advise you guys not to go to them. Highschool drop outs

Went in for an oil change, inspection and tire rotation, came out with messed up ABS and Stability Control, All Wheel Drive won't work, and the techs just said there is nothing wrong. Funny, there was not a single light on the dash and everything worked as it should have before I took it in. Techs had no desire to work on it further or resolve the issue. Online customer support is a joke. Hung up without speaking to me the first time, second time they transferred me to Tires Plus, because that was helpful. Thanks Joseph and Josh. Went in for a diagnostics test on my Acadia got charged 130 dollars and told they couldn't "recreate the issue" so they don't know what's wrong with it. So 130 dollars for the same information I had when I dropped the vehicle off.

Stopped in on a Monday, set appointment for Friday 8am, dropped Fleet vehicle off for a air conditioning charge, a oil change and a full inspection. After not hearing from them, I called to see if vehicle was ready, I was told, vehicle is on the rack having oil change as we speak. This was around 3pm. . After no phone call, thought I would just pick it up, it is After 5pm. Guy at counter spent a long time looking around for paper work, then informed me couldn't be sure if oil change had been done. Tech who worked on vehicle was gone and misplaced paperwork. I said no big deal, can you have it ready early tomorrow? Told everything would be taken care of by 10am and to give him till 11am to be sure. Informed him of the tools in vehicle and was assured vehicle would be secured inside garage. I returned the following day around 10:30am. My vehicle was parked at the absolute farthest spot on the entire property from the eyes or ears of anyone working. Public access to vehicle was less than 2 feet. The same guy who checked my vehicle in the previous day, did not recognize me , he to couldn't find any paperwork or verify any work had been done. Clearly I'm frustrated at this point, he went on to tell me " that since it was a fleet vehicle, they didn't have to give me any sort of paperwork " I promptly suggested I wanted to record him claiming this, he then said that if I started recording he would not say anything. So I decided against it. He then handed me the keys for ME to go and retrieve the vehicle from the end of the lot. Once I pull vehicle up to where I dropped it off, and was back inside, was Informed that oil change was not done. After another 10 minutes of demeaning customer service, a invoice for air conditioning recharge was given to me. I think this ranks, as worst customer service experience I've ever had.

I’m a true believer in customer service! Working in the service business myself let me just say there are some rude people working there. There is a way to talk to people especially if you want them to be repeat customer. Which I will not be or will I recommend to anyone that I know.

scheduled oil change for 11:30. took 2 1/2 hours to finish when I showed up 10 minutes early. Disappointing service for routine service.
