Got my oil changed and had a great experience! Super easy to make an appointment and was able to get in within a couple days. The guys were friendly and very helpful. Inexpensive and service was quick! :)

On a trip with my fifth wheel one of the valves started leaking on the tire. It was a good year tire. When I pulled in the parking lot I was immediately met by the man whom I assume was the manager. I explained to him what happened and he looked at the valve and confirmed that it was bad. He took the tire immediately and I asked him how long it would be to fix it. He told me 5 to 7 minutes. He was exactly right. The gentleman that brought it out to me was also very personable and friendly. They replaced the valve with a metal valve in place of the faulty rubber valve. They would not accept any form of payment for the service. These people are the G.O.A.T.

They helped me diagnose and fix an issue I was lied to about elsewhere for a huge fraction of the quote from the other place. They could have easily made money off of me just providing the service I was told elsewhere that I needed, but they are honest and have integrity. We will definitely be back!!!! Thank you!!!

My initial experience with Fifth Street Tire was AMAZING, since they were the only ones to serve my needs in times of Need, while MOST other Tire places were NOT!After my initial visit I was consistently being dismissed, either by having to go elsewhere because of Staff shortage (which is ABSOLUTELY understandable!!), Or because of the corporate account issues, But lately it appeared that it may be the fact that I am utilizing a Corporate account!During my last visit I was simply hand-gestured to sign, while the Customer service representative was on the phone.The mechanics are Great and Efficient!Your vehicle is being driven to the front door, for easy access on a One-Way Street! A+++Regardless, Fifth Street Tire is the place to go for your Tire and Auto Repair Needs!Great location adjacent to Downtown Waterloo, freeway close (right next to the freeway and adjacent to Major Waterloo freeway junctions), and Valet service!!!

We needed new tires on our tow dolly after blowing one out on the road. Fifth Street was able to get us in and out the next day, while we waited. Great price, excellent service and very friendly staff. Highly recommend them for any tire needs you have.

Had some work done on my vehicle twice this week. During the first visit, upon inspection, needed some more work done ASAP! Both times, the schedulingbwas quick, easy and fast. The employees were very nice and friendly.
