I would give them 0 stars if I could I had a package to be delivered Monday never showed up then drove to FedEx and was told FedEx ground has it and would be redelivered. Two days later so then I get a message can’t deliver as business address moved well that’s funny the address on the shipping label is the right address and I am actually there. Now watching them drive away because they went to the wrong address can’t run after them as I am with a customer then I get a message that I moved and can’t deliver really ? so I call oh we will re try well no I needed this 3 days ago and I get well we will call you back no call back and still no package and now I have to drive to the other side of town to try and get my package that I paid for shipping for and why should I pay shipping if I still have to go get packages and pick them up from the shipper seriously messed up

Horrible customer support for in person pick up on a missed delivery (and we were home)! Zero flexibility and no ability to solve problems with a positive customer outcome!! Absolutely useless after numerous support calls and showing up in person. Still haven’t received my package, will use UPS next time!!

Horrible. This facility needs to be shut down or hire all new employees. Liars liars. I was home when they said there was attempt for delivery. Not true. I believe these individuals are not doing their job or keeping the items for themselves to sale.

Package required a signature upon delivery, missed them the first attempt. Both of us work from home, we left the front door open and worked from the dining room literally feet from the door so it would be impossible to miss a knock. Never got one and they marked it as attempted delivery, no one home. Lazy driver didn't even attempt to deliver and marked it anyway. Had to pay $5 to reroute it to my office address so they have no excuse tomorrow.

Lazy drivers, marked the package as being undeliverable due to business being closed/customer not available.It’s an apartment and I received no phone calls or texts with an attempt so they didn’t even try to deliver. Mail couriers are getting worse and worse, hiring the most pathetic drivers.

Package was mark as *Deliver" and tracking number closed. While my house cameras clearly show No one stopped by, or the truck even driving by my street to deliver the package. Now they dont know where the package got deliver too.

Had part for my truck sent from 3 states away. Supposed to be delivered on Friday. Friday at 3pm was finally notified that it would be delayed and is still in a different state?!?! How could you not figure out it would be delayed if it was still in a different state the day it was supposed to be delivered??? Got update it would be delivered by 0900 on Saturday. It’s now 1200 on Saturday and still no package! Customer service is worthless! I would pick it up - but they said it’s on the truck and I will just have to wait?!?!? Ugh!!! Beyond frustrated!

Got an email saying package was held for pickup but didn’t say where. I went to the FedEx location in Waterloo and they wouldn’t help me as they have no contact with Ground and Ground is not open to the public. Why did I pay for delivery if they won’t deliver and I can’t even pick it up or get a response?
