I've rented from Enterprise 3 times in the last 6 months and I've had a great experience every time. The car is always clean and ready to go when I get there and the staff is friendly and approaches me right away to offer assistance. I would highly recommend Enterprise in Waterloo, and I'll definitely keep coming back.

I'm a faithful renter every so often the wrong card gets charged. Or every so often I'm getting overcharged for their mistake. Don't get me wrong the gm Jeff normally straightens the situation out. But he's only one person and sometimes it takes weeks or months for the situation to be resolved.

Not a great experience....Call vehicle for oil change and upon arrival changed vehicle to downsize.... With reason... Currently we don't have a vehicle.

Aidan was very insightful and extremely informative on the different features of protection. I was skeptical and lack knowledge but afterwards I felt completely stress free knowing I had protection on my vehicle at a reasonable price. The entire process from arrival to me returning the car was very smooth thanks to Aidan taking care to make sure I had everything I needed throughout my journey. I would definitely recommend his customer service if your looking for someone who does their job thoroughly.

Very satisfied with the service at the Waterloo Enterprise location, all staff we encountered were very helpful and always answered our questions. They worked with an insurance company to get us into a rental car as quickly and efficiently as possible! Everyone was very pleasant to deal with at this location! Hope Im not in need of a rental again but if I am I will be going here!

Top notch staff, Jerrius got me a great vehicle better than I rented online with a modest increase and Arica got me checked back in with little trouble and was as nice as could be.

I used this Enterprise location to rent a car for a one-way trip from Waterloo to Milwaukee. Despite the fact that I chose compact, they asked if I wanted a new V8 Challenger, which I thought would be incredible to drive! made the originally four-hour drive a lot better, hehe.

I had a good experience with Enterprise for a vehicle I needed while my truck was getting repaired at Anderson Collision in Cedar Falls. I was assisted by Jerrius and Aiden. They were professional, prompt, and helped make the transaction easy. The vehicle was clean. I would rent from them again.

My experience at Waterloo with Aracia was GREAT!!! I swear, this is the third time I have rented from Enterprise this year and their customer service is just fantastic. Like the customer service of the old days. Prompt, courteous, cars are good, they follow up, just a great experience all the way around. I would not consider renting from any other firm because the Enterprise service has been so good!
